EnCoRE Meeting Highlights: Enabling Cornea-Rheumat Exchange

We had an incredible evening at the inaugural chapter of the EnCoRE meeting in Chennai, a unique initiative by AbbVie in collaboration with CODE Eye Care. This event marked the beginning of a transformative journey in the management of dry eye and systemic inflammatory conditions – this time the focus being on Sjogren’s Syndrome.

Key Insights:

Co-Management Success: This meeting highlighted the importance of effective communication and shared decision-making in managing chronic diseases.
Patient-Centric Approach: We discussed the importance of addressing the unique needs of each patient, creating combined treatment plans.
Collaborative Guidelines: We aim to bridge the gaps and develop comprehensive guidelines that enhance the quality of life for patients with chronic conditions.
