We are thrilled to announce that our Medical Director, Dr Geetha Iyer, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the prestigious Tear Film & Ocular Surface Society (TFOS). 
TFOS is dedicated to advancing research and understanding of the tear film and ocular surface, and Dr Iyer is honored to serve alongside some of the most renowned experts in the field from around the world.
Dr Geetha recently attended the 10th TFOS International Conference in Venice, Italy, where she shared a talk on “𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐎𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬.” The session delved into newer insights into pathophysiology and management of catastrophic ocular surface disorders, with Dr Iyer’s talk reflecting CODE Eye Care’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of ocular surface care.
