CODE Eye Care at KERACON 2024: Leading the Way with Collaboration and Excellence

Team CODE Eye Care was privileged to be part of the landmark KERACON 2024, hosted at Clarks Exotica, Bengaluru. This extraordinary event, India’s first silent conference, brought together innovation, science, and collaboration in the field of cornea.
Our Medical Directors, Dr Geetha Iyer and Dr Bhaskar Srinivasan, played pivotal roles at the conference.

Dr Iyer, a founder member and Past President of the Cornea Society of India and a current executive committee member, was the chief instructor for the Mucous Membrane Grafting (MMG) wet lab apart from delivering talks and conducting Instruction Courses.
Dr Srinivasan contributed extensively as the Chief Instructor and Coordinator for Instruction Courses, and as an esteemed judge for the free paper sessions. Both leaders showcased their commitment to advancing corneal care through impactful presentations and collaborations.
Dr Ramya Ravindran, another integral part of our team, made significant contributions as faculty and Key Coordinator for the MMG wet lab while delivering her own well-received presentations.
Additionally, our observers from Bangkok, who are spending a month with us at CODE Eye Care, joined the conference and had an enriching experience immersed in this scientific feast.

With five members from CODE Eye Care attending, we were proud to share insights with some of the brightest minds, collaborate with trade partners, and contribute to the vibrant exchange of knowledge. The local organizing committee and scientific committee deserve special appreciation for creating such a memorable and seamless event.

KERACON 2024 was a true celebration of science, innovation, and camaraderie—values that resonate with CODE Eye Care’s mission to redefine excellence in eye care.
